Hello Gentlemen,
I briefly mentioned in my most recent letter to the councils dated September 7, 2019 about the turn to the north made by Hurricane Dorian as it crossed Grand Bahama Key on September 1, 2019 with winds of 185 Miles Per Hour and Gusts of 225 there.
Today I'm writing to update what I had previously perceived not to be so much of that wind having contacted what could be the North American Tectonic Plate in that region by it's crossing of that Key, there. Up to this point I've been simply glancing as the very solid and circular eye on what might be a radar version, the eye does not show any response to contact with the land during the brief crossing of 3 to 5 miles from south to north of that island. However upon a much closer look and several replays of the video I noticed it is possible to see deep down inside the eye and within the prominent eye-wall shown in marvelous color of the radar version, deep down inside clouds begin to clutter the otherwise perfectly "Blue-Sky" eye of Hurricane Dorian. Now it is due to this change in the eye-wall, as I was able to see upon closer review, I wish to ramp up the seriousness of the alert I briefly mentioned in my original letter to the Councils dated September 7, 2019 dated September 7, 2019 @ https://earthquakealert2.blogspot.com/2019/09/letter-to-california-and-national.html
As I routinely explain in my submissions to the Councils, after such an event as Hurricane Dorian crossing Grand Bahama Key. . . I follow an imaginary line in the direction such as H. Dorian crossed Grand Bahama Key, and apply it to my globe to see where this theoretical line of potential seismic energy will cross. after a look at the line on the globe, I go to a map for actual names of towns, cities, fault lines, and places I feel could be likely to shake.
The region I'm talking about today starts around Louisville, and the Wabash River Region of Indiana. The line continues to cross the Chicago Region where it's very possible they could get a somewhat overdue shaker, and then crosses the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, all where 5 Magnitude Earthquakes strike somewhat regularly, but let's guess this could go as high as 5.5 or 5.8 there. Of course if we continue the line it reaches Alaska, but I must say there are currently several other alerts for them and this 5 Magnitude wouldn't even come to my phone.
As of this writing the other major alert, the result of Hurricane Dorians CAT-5 landfall at Marsh Harbor heading due west, is now past Day 20 yesterday with Day 40 coming on October 10, 2019 and very near an 8 or 9 on the Richter Scale striking the Mazatlan Region of Mexico, possibly shaking a Caribbean place soon, too! All that with California and West Coast Near the shaky region most in question there, you know. THIS one could soon become another big natural disaster for Mexico!!!
Some shaking has been occurring at the Carolinas and a 2.8 Pennsylvania this week where the line does first cross. A 2.5 near Richmond, Virginia struck just as this paper was being completed, too. So probably some shaking will strike the Wabash River Region where the line does first cross, although crossing the Carolinas, Tennessee, and Kentucky to get there. So, probably some shaking will strike the Wabash River Region and Beautiful Downtown Chicago very soon, now!!! Could this go up to a 6. . . or bigger?

Letter To California, And National Earthquake Prediction Councils Regarding Regions Of California, West Coast, And USA Being Precipitously Situated For This Big Alert!!! NOW UPDATED!

~~~~~~~Writing you all today to say there probably WILL be Major Earthquakes to follow landfall of Hurricane Dorian at Bahamas with Wind Gusts 225 Miles Per Hour.
~~~~~~~Upon recent viewing of damage there it is apparent such wind contacted the land, buildings, and trees there especially at Marsh Harbor, Bahamas and such damage is what I look for to determine lot of that wind energy has probably became Seismic Energy and will now probably become a Major Earthquake or Earthquakes.
~~~~~~~I followed the straight-line created as I normally do and came out at Durango, Mexico and Eldorado, Mexico with Mazatlan just to the south. For your information I’ve also had some luck with what you might call the “Wake” of the hurricane and so that line reaches Jamaica, Haiti, Venezuela, and with some imagination continues on to Zimbabwe, and Madagascar. This imaginary line from the wake of land falling Hurricanes, Typhoons, Cyclones, etc., seems to have produced the 2010 7.1 Christchurch or Canterbury Earthquake in the wake of Cyclone Yasi at Queensland, Australia and Great 7.8 Ecuador in the wake of landfall of Cyclone Winston with 180 Miles Per Hour winds at Fiji in February of 2016.
~~~~~~~With the shakiness of that immediate Caribbean Region I’m also suspecting all that region to get upwards of possibly an 8 or 9 on the Richter Scale and speaking of the Caribbean Tectonic Plate, maybe into the regions of Dominiqua, Martinique, Grenada, Barbados, Montserrat, etc. Watch The V-Log@ https://youtu.be/ldV0bXeiu-c
~~~~~~~None of these alerts seem to be directly connected to you folks at CEPEC/NEPEC although there was one quick turn as Hurricane Dorian crossed Grand Bahama Key and did head Northerly for about an hour or two with that resultant line crossing Louisville, Indiana Wabash River Region, Chicago, Northwest Suburbs of Chicago and onto Alaska. Although that northerly direction seemed to have very little or no effect on close-ups of the eye-wall thus possibly not producing anything there in the way of possible seismic energy. Of course California and West Coast are situated along the tectonic plate boundary out that way and lots of such movement could be on the way with them along that border.
~~~~~~~Just wanted you all there to know probably big earthquake! Dorian was stationary for almost 48 hours at Cat-5, too, and found no typical stationary things to give any idea what all this could do besides guessing shake Bahamas, Florida, or Carolinas. Could be big, though and after shaking starts, then we will know what to expect next time.

I would add lack of water vapor due to Planet Earth quickly drying up from burning natural gas probably removes much of the friction our atmosphere once had that used to help propel hurricanes, too.
~~~~~~~Big Earthquake coming, however only slightest chance California, West Coast, or U.S.A might ever be affected. BUT big earthquake coming just the same!!!!!

Extension Of Recent "Official Prediction" For San Francisco/California 5.8 To 8 Richters, Now Extended Until Mid-July 2019 or July 15!!!

Subject: Extension of Current "Official Prediction: California"
Hello Guys!!!
Must now update that "Official Prediction" due to the fact that when the original date came along, of course I mentioned it in my blog, but never felt it worthwhile to notify the councils of the full extent of such an alert albeit herein written in a format which more closely matches a prediction, but recalling I normally do not routinely make "Earthquake Predictions" except for the sake of submission to California and National Earthquake Prediction Councils.
Upon further study of this subject, I found that my reasoning for placing Day 60 as the end date seems to have been for the purpose of keeping my research at about two rolls of microfilm during my studies at local libraries back in the day. Therefore on my recent prediction Day 60 would have been July 1, 2019. It was during an episode of my radio show "Earthquake Minute" when even farther down the road more big time shaking hit the islands region of Oceania and caused myself and my producer there to have to say only landfall of Cyclone Pam at Vanuatu had preceeded THAT particular large swarm in the Pacific. . . . . and incredibly it was about Day 76 and a date that I have never tracked so far as at least up to that point you understand.
So, I'm writing to the councils today to bring you both up-to-date on the fact that when I have not seen an earthquakes to fill the bill of an "Official Prediction" then I will most generally continue the alert but certianly no longer than Day 76. You may note that early on in my research a prominent Seismologist stated to me that "If earthquake energy IS traveling along the route that you are (Or I am) saying, there will NOT be an exact date it would hit. This due to the fact that it would seem to be movement of larger tectonic plates and the earthquakes will then happen merely as the result of that movement I am suggesting to him." With that, Day 76 is then much more certain to be a factor in an earthquake striking during one of my alerts and probably moreso than my own personal limit of two rolls of microfilm, or Day 60 for two months worth of old newspapers.

I really beleive the California and National Councils should act right now with respect to the fact that this is a VERY SERIOUS Alert!!!!! John, many areas of Southern California need to be warned by yourself and CEPEC about just how serious these additional yet to come earthquakes could be!!! Mr. Blanpied, the National Council is responsible for Las Vegas and all of Nevada and they could be looking at serious amounts of Big Earthquakes!!!!
You might have heard or read where I've stated something as big as 9 could strike!!! Time for you guys to calculate what COULD very well happen there at any moment and warn Las Vegas, Barstow, Palm Springs, Bakersfield, Sacramento, and Etc. that an even MORE Dangerous Major Earthquake could strike at any moment and Earthquake Preparation time is here!!!!!

OFFICIAL PREDICTION FOR SAN FRANCISCO TO GET A 5.8 TO 8.0 MAGNITUDE EARTHQUAKE ON JUNE 8, 2019
Hello Gentlemen, It occurred to me as I was writing Fridays Radio Show that this also needs to be submitted to the councils, and so as a result of that, I'm submitting a brand-new. . . . .
"OFFICIAL PREDICTION FOR SAN FRANCISCO TO GET A 5.8 TO 8.0 MAGNITUDE EARTHQUAKE ON JUNE 8, 2019"
~~~~~Of course I mean on or about that date, but in all events I mean such an earthquake is likely headed for our West Coast and the line does intersect San Francisco while passing offshore from Los Angeles, etc. Thinking about it that line also crosses near the rather shaky Northern California Region, although I did not notice exactly where. . . now basing all this on only one result of my checking the "Globe/Straight-Line Tool" as I like to use for such a task as this.
~~~~~All this today, I must say, is the result of landfall at India in the Bay of Bengals of Tropical Cyclone Foni, rhymes with Johnny on May 2, 2019 and consistent with the fact that Day 37 will be this coming Saturday, June 8, 2019. This will be the same number of days when a 5.8 struck Lincoln, Montana on July 6, 2017 after a quite similar landfall of Cyclone Mora at Bangladesh on May 30, 2017, there.
~~~~~When Cyclone Nargis also made landfall at Bangladesh on May 2, 2008, it was followed by a Major Earthquake of 8.0 at Sichuan, China although recent re-checking of the theoretical line does not seem to fully explain, at least not to myself, the exact movements that might have taken place between the top of the Indian Ocean Tectonic Plate and what would be the Asian Tectonic Plate. Probably in this situation as well as Cyclone Pam at Vanuatu preceding the 2014 Nepal-Kathmandu Earthquake that big windstorm led to movement of that tectonic plate and not "Seismic Energy" traveling in a straight-line thus moving the far northern tip of the Indian Plate in one direction or another in relationship to Sichuan, China and Nepal-Kathmandu in the case of Pam-Vanuatu. Although Nargis DID turn and that resultant seismic energy could be the ultimate cause and still be a straight-line THERE, too.
~~~~~Therefore you could then say at present I have only Mora-Montana and possible Cyclone Nargis-Sichuan to support the fact that the "Straight-Line" from landfall of Cyclone Foni at India does indeed seem to cross and touch San Francisco and will mean an earthquake, there.
~~~~~The estimate for the top range of magnitude being 8.0 is also based on the size of the Sichuan, China Earthquake although there had also been some controversy there with the "Three Gorges Dam" project having been completed and very recently filled and it is my opinion this probably represented a whole lot of stored energy, or potential seismic energy and thus the 8.0 was released only after the nominal moment of the tectonic plates as a result of the landfall of Cyclone Nargis.
~~~~~San Francisco just might have a lot of, or more, energy stored or "Potential Seismic Energy" and since a check did reveal the line of potential energy to cross San Francisco, I will now leave 8.0 at the top figure for about the maximum size this earthquake might be. However note that such amounts, if we are estimating stored energy, may have no limit and any big earthquake to strike San Francisco could reach 9.0 or sizes bigger, too. Speaking of potential earthquake energy Turkey is planning a huge new Dam-Reservoir project for the purposes of water there and over the years Turkey has had its share of Major Earthquakes and such a project CAN ONLY create more with a Massive Earthquake Event certain to be in their future. . .upon the completion of such a project of which it appears to be rather certain they will be constructing. And why do they not know it is more or less a guarantee, albeit a needed water project, and is there some other option to satisfy their water needs, there? Also just notice some shaking near a "Perris Lake" Reservoir only recently now filled in Southern California and isn't that also thusly due?
~~~~~The date of June 8, 2019 represents the exact same number of days between landfall of Cyclone Mora and the 5.8 Lincoln, Montana Earthquake on July 6, 2017 or Day 37 after that landfall and June 8, 2019 is that same number of days, however the actual alert for such an event will run through June of 2019 as well. And I'd be betting on that straight-line being fairly accurate such as one in 2004 that struck Oakland following landfall at South of Japan of Typhoon Man-Yi on July 20, 2007. In fact that typhoon was big enough to warrant an alert for up to 7 on Richters Scale. . . and probably much more famous for only coming in at a 4.2 there and one might hope this situation might be repeated because today we have another really big alert for San Francisco on our hands and we can only hope they do not get 100% of the "Earthquake Energy" that's headed for them nor that higher amount which could and is sometime released!!!
~~~~~There are a few other notable examples of my "Go Straight Theory" that while possibly not being applicable today in this region, might still be worthy of mention. After landfall of Hurricane Katrina at Louisiana, I followed a faithful line north and across the North Pole and found Islamabad where on Day 42 after landfall of Katrina a 7.6 Richters Earthquake struck near Islamabad and killed 87,000 people. Landfall of Hurricane Hugo at Charleston on September 22, 1989 with 160 miles per hour windspeeds, came to precede the World Series Earthquake on October 17, 1989. Several have crossed the Pacific and resulted in fairly accurate predictions including Goose Lake, 2 at Mt. Rainier, that 4.2 Oakland, my famous "Quake Chase 2011" 5.6 Coos Bay, Oregon, and one or two there with no known result. Landfall of Cyclone Winston at Fiji produced a very nice "Straight-Line" however in the direction opposite it's western heading, line that directly intersects Ecuador, and the Ecuador Trench, there, with a 7.8 on the Richters Scale following on April 16, 2016 at the exact point where that "Imaginary Line" intersected as a result of that big landfall at Fiji with 175 mph winds and lot of disastrous damage, too!!!
~~~~~A typhoon struck Oceania and you might recall I never alerted the councils due to THAT line intersecting Baja California, Mexico and not being either California or National. "OFFICIAL PREDICTION FOR SAN FRANCISCO TO GET A 5.8 TO 8.0 MAGNITUDE EARTHQUAKE ON JUNE 8, 2019"
~~~~~Of course I mean on or about that date, but in all events I mean such an earthquake is likely headed for our West Coast and the line does intersect San Francisco while passing offshore from Los Angeles, etc. Thinking about it that line also crosses near the rather shaky Northern California Region, although I did not notice exactly where. . . now basing all this on only one result of my checking the "Globe/Straight-Line Tool" as I like to use for such a task as this.
~~~~~All this today, I must say, is the result of landfall at India in the Bay of Bengals of Tropical Cyclone Foni, rhymes with Johnny on May 2, 2019 and consistent with the fact that Day 37 will be this coming Saturday, June 8, 2019. This will be the same number of days when a 5.8 struck Lincoln, Montana on July 6, 2017 after a quite similar landfall of Cyclone Mora at Bangladesh on May 30, 2017, there.
~~~~~When Cyclone Nargis also made landfall at Bangladesh on May 2, 2008, it was followed by a Major Earthquake of 8.0 at Sichuan, China although recent re-checking of the theoretical line does not seem to fully explain, at least not to myself, the exact movements that might have taken place between the top of the Indian Ocean Tectonic Plate and what would be the Asian Tectonic Plate. Probably in this situation as well as Cyclone Pam at Vanuatu preceding the 2014 Nepal-Kathmandu Earthquake that big windstorm led to movement of that tectonic plate and not "Seismic Energy" traveling in a straight-line thus moving the far northern tip of the Indian Plate in one direction or another in relationship to Sichuan, China and Nepal-Kathmandu in the case of Pam-Vanuatu. Although Nargis DID turn and that resultant seismic energy could be the ultimate cause and still be a straight-line THERE, too.
~~~~~Therefore you could then say at present I have only Mora-Montana and possible Cyclone Nargis-Sichuan to support the fact that the "Straight-Line" from landfall of Cyclone Foni at India does indeed seem to cross and touch San Francisco and will mean an earthquake, there.
~~~~~The estimate for the top range of magnitude being 8.0 is also based on the size of the Sichuan, China Earthquake although there had also been some controversy there with the "Three Gorges Dam" project having been completed and very recently filled and it is my opinion this probably represented a whole lot of stored energy, or potential seismic energy and thus the 8.0 was released only after the nominal moment of the tectonic plates as a result of the landfall of Cyclone Nargis.
~~~~~San Francisco just might have a lot of, or more, energy stored or "Potential Seismic Energy" and since a check did reveal the line of potential energy to cross San Francisco, I will now leave 8.0 at the top figure for about the maximum size this earthquake might be. However note that such amounts, if we are estimating stored energy, may have no limit and any big earthquake to strike San Francisco could reach 9.0 or sizes bigger, too. Speaking of potential earthquake energy Turkey is planning a huge new Dam-Reservoir project for the purposes of water there and over the years Turkey has had its share of Major Earthquakes and such a project CAN ONLY create more with a Massive Earthquake Event certain to be in their future. . .upon the completion of such a project of which it appears to be rather certain they will be constructing. And why do they not know it is more or less a guarantee, albeit a needed water project, and is there some other option to satisfy their water needs, there? Also just notice some shaking near a "Perris Lake" Reservoir only recently now filled in Southern California and isn't that also thusly due?
~~~~~The date of June 8, 2019 represents the exact same number of days between landfall of Cyclone Mora and the 5.8 Lincoln, Montana Earthquake on July 6, 2017 or Day 37 after that landfall and June 8, 2019 is that same number of days, however the actual alert for such an event will run through June of 2019 as well. And I'd be betting on that straight-line being fairly accurate such as one in 2004 that struck Oakland following landfall at South of Japan of Typhoon Man-Yi on July 20, 2007. In fact that typhoon was big enough to warrant an alert for up to 7 on Richters Scale. . . and probably much more famous for only coming in at a 4.2 there and one might hope this situation might be repeated because today we have another really big alert for San Francisco on our hands and we can only hope they do not get 100% of the "Earthquake Energy" that's headed for them nor that higher amount which could and is sometime released!!!
~~~~~There are a few other notable examples of my "Go Straight Theory" that while possibly not being applicable today in this region, might still be worthy of mention. After landfall of Hurricane Katrina at Louisiana, I followed a faithful line north and across the North Pole and found Islamabad where on Day 42 after landfall of Katrina a 7.6 Richters Earthquake struck near Islamabad and killed 87,000 people. Landfall of Hurricane Hugo at Charleston on September 22, 1989 with 160 miles per hour windspeeds, came to precede the World Series Earthquake on October 17, 1989. Several have crossed the Pacific and resulted in fairly accurate predictions including Goose Lake, 2 at Mt. Rainier, that 4.2 Oakland, my famous "Quake Chase 2011" 5.6 Coos Bay, Oregon, and one or two there with no known result. Landfall of Cyclone Winston at Fiji produced a very nice "Straight-Line" however in the direction opposite it's western heading, line that directly intersects Ecuador, and the Ecuador Trench, there, with a 7.8 on the Richters Scale following on April 16, 2016 at the exact point where that "Imaginary Line" intersected as a result of that big landfall at Fiji with 175 mph winds and lot of disastrous damage, too!!!
~~~~~A typhoon struck Oceania and you might recall I never alerted the councils due to THAT line intersecting Baja California, Mexico and not being either California or National. New E-Mail-Letter To CEPEC/NEPEC: Lots of Earthquakes!!! California? West Coast? (Thats California and National Earthquake Prediction Councils.

~~~~~Today I'm writing to list all the 6 magnitude earthquakes from the past few days and suggest just a small chance California or West Coast could shake as the result. I'm thinking this sort of prediction or advance knowledge might be a type that could be of some use in the future. If nothing else just a statement saying all those earthquakes along with California and our West Coast are also the boundaries of tectonic plates.
~~~~~In this case you'll also want to know I routinely track "Potential Earthquake or Seismic Energy" from points where big windstorms make landfall and in this case I would be talking about the landfall of Tropical Cyclone Idai at Mozambique on March 14, 2019. Usually a given number of days thereafter and you can expect a Major Earthquake, now talking about Day 40 which was (yesterday) Tuesday, April 23, 2019 and Day 43 coming Friday, April 26, 2019.
~~~~~It is my opinion that with 6.1 Japan, 6.1 Taiwan, 6.1 and 6.4 Philippines along with a few others such as a 6.5 (Apparently upgraded to a 6.8, now) Sulawesi, Indonesia that some of this tectonic plate movement MIGHT come to affect our side of the Pacific Tectonic Plate making for a chance California, Alaska, and/or our West Coast to get an earthquake. I might guess without feeling need for much explanation that the magnitude could be 6.1, there.
~~~~~With regards to Mexico, and the Mexico City Region, there is already a mutually exclusive alert there for up to 7.5 through May and this and that is more like all one situation, anyways. That would also be a "Straight-Line" alert arriving near Caracas, Venezuela from Mozambique which headed west when it left that region and directly to Central and South America and much more direct than movement of the Pacific Plate such as we're seeing there.
~~~~~Watch for a 6.1 to now strike California, Alaska, or West Coast and possibly even Oklahoma or New Madrid Region/Southern Illinois before the end of May 2019.
~~~~~With regards to existing alerts for the "Triple Plate Junction" offshore from Sumatra as well as the nearby Jakarta Region, they will be watching for 7.5 also through the month of May 2019 and with all the shaking around that or those (Indian Ocean and Australian) Tectonic Plate (s) might even include Israel, and the Jordan Regions et, al.
~~~~~My notes say to also add that the 7.5 figure might also be about the highest expected magnitude for elsewhere regarding those tectonic plate movements, or the U.S., too.

~~~I attended school in my hometown in Wisconsin, and went on to receive my General Education Diploma from Blackhawk Tech in October 1981, later attending TV Actors Studio in Chicago where I received a diploma from their Commercials One and Two course in early 1989.

There I moved my AFTRA card and worked for Central Casting at the studios out there as well as moved my apprenticeship to work with the Southern California Millwrights local #1607 on a number of jobs out there having also worked on a lot of movies and television productions during this time as well. My California Apprenticeship was actually an Indenturement approved through Sacramento and affiliated with Santa Ana College in Santa Ana, California where I still have transcripts on file, there.
~~~In January of 2003 I moved my carpenters union card back to Milwaukee by taking and passing their Journeymans Test and thereby completing my apprenticeship, albeit without going the graduation route. Never married I currently reside at Moms house on Lake Koshkonong in Wisconsin where I watch Hurricanes, Typhoons, windstorms in general and earthquakes very closely on a daily basis and I write my EQ Blog, EQ Twitter, and EQ Guy Facebook among other earthquake writings and some Hollywood stuff, too!
There has also been a streak of Film Production in Chicago and so I have been doing a lot of acting in movies and TV Shows shooting in Chicago in recent years. “Chicago Fire” is one of my favorites where I worked right at the actual Chicago Fire Department station that is seen on TV and was also seen in a Close-Up with the 2 Paramedics at the Nursing Station at the end of Season One. Most recently “Chicago Med” where I was recently SEEN as a “Registered Nurse” in scenes totaling over a MINUTE in cafeteria elbow to elbow with Oliver Platt at next table and hoping for more Great Parts!!! In early April 2017 the Aliens invaded Chicago in a new movie with John Goodman and I worked two “Graveyard Shifts” at Soldiers Field there! Movie “Captive State” should be great Alien Movie when it’s released and we’ll find out how Chicago and John Goodman defeat the aliens!!!
~~~We are also presently shooting many other projects in Chicago and I recently received my Screen Actors Guild Card in the mail and now hope that will lead to me getting to do some real acting and parts that will lead to lots more work in TV and Motion Pictures! Then possibly out to Hollywood again in the future to do some more work in the Movie Business and more work with Earthquakes!!!
~~~Currently working at WORT-FM, Madison, where I write and record “Promos” for different things happening around the area including researching future shows and bands, and writing such promotions on a weekly basis for going on five years, now. Additionally as of October 31, 2014, I have gotten my very own what they call an Engineering Shift, where I work in the Studio/Control Room at the station covering a one-hour shift where I run all the controls there for the pre-recorded Democracy Now Show and also give the time and station identification throughout my one-hour shift every Friday from 4:30 to 5:30pm. I have also now done 2 "EQ Radio Shows" and as of January 2018 have been getting a more regular than just an occasional Edition of my now famous “Earthquake Minute” on Fridays for several years now and have also produced many more of them for the various stations of the Pacifica Radio Network in California, too!!!
~~~My current plans are to simply continue on with Community Radio and The Pacifica Radio Network along with writing my “EQ Blog” regularly, and with the hope of maybe publishing my most recent book “Bringing Earthquakes To Life” someday, too!!!

~~~~~Hurricane Florence made landfall at Wilmington, North Carolina on September 14, 2018 and I routinely track such big windstorms to where I hypothesize the epicenter of a Major Earthquake might strike. Since on this occasion it comes out to be California, I'm submitting an "Official Prediction" to the California Earthquake Prediction Evaluation Council today to that effect.

OFFICIAL PREDICTION FOR SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA TO GET ONE OR MORE EARTHQUAKES OF 5 OR 6 ON THE RICHTER SCALE BEFORE NOVEMBER 29, 2018
The reason I'm predicting "One or More" today is due to the fact that when Hurricane Florence made landfall at Wilmington, North Carolina, the speed at which it was moving was 3 miles per hour. As a result of such slow, slow walking speed movement it took days for Hurricane Florence to track all across the Carolina Region and today I'm writing to say I am expecting this same sort of long period of probably some rather big earthquakes to shake, and shake, and shake the opposite side of the North American Tectonic Plate or the Los Angeles and Southern California Region.
A special note regarding the segment of the San Andreas Fault, near San Bernardino, where a Major Earthquake has long been expected. This segment is today directly in line for this New Major Earthquake Energy to cross, however Hurricane Florence did turn just enough southerly in its course that the full brunt of this alert could strike anywhere between there and the Tijuana, and Northern Mexico Region. Also that mystery segment sort of faces a slightly different direction in such a way that this one WILL NOT exactly intersect with it like it would need to release all that energy they're waiting for. It actually looks more like Puente Hills, Whittier, maybe Hollywood for that region.
The region where Hurricane Florence made landfall at around North Carolina, and South Carolina itself is also a "Shaky Place" and might also expect earthquake activity, but probably not the menace we'll be awaiting for in California. Along with the Carolinas, Tennessee, and Southern Illinois/New Madrid Regions could shake, too, and the line will ultimately cross Texas, and Oklahoma where all of these should be far bigger than the mostly "Garden Variety" ones they can sometimes get, there.
The New Alerts for all of these regions will run beyond all the shaking they should be getting or fully until the last days of November 2018 and Day 76 after the date Hurricane Florence made landfall at Wilmington.
It will now be 25 years I've been tracking such big windstorm/earthquake combinations which started on the day of the Northridge Earthquake in 1994 when while checking I discovered the Great World Series-Loma Prieta Earthquake of October 17, 1989 had been preceded by landfall of Hurricane Hugo at Charleston!!! After that I went on to write alerts to friends in Hollywood when other big windstorms would strike, saying an earthquake could follow and that started immediately that summer when Hurricane John made a near landfall at Johnston Atoll and was then followed by a Northern California Earthquake near Cape Mendocino at around a 7. While I was working in Los Angeles in 1999 was when Hurricane Bret made landfall at around Brownsville, Texas and after alerting my neighbors out there and everybody, the now great Hector Mines Earthquake struck there and I was shook up in my Hollywood Apartment there and aftershocks, too!!! Upon landfall last year of Hurricane Harvey at Texas, a huge swarm then struck Idaho and continued on a considerable amount of time, there, and after landfall of Hurricane Maria at Puerto Rico in spite of a major prediction for San Francisco no Major Earthquakes ever showed up along my "Straight-Line" although Hurricane Irma made landfall at Barbuda on September 6, and Oaxaca, Mexico got an 8.2 Magnitude on September 7, 2017
Also note Hurricane Olivia made landfall at Maui, Hawaii on September 12, 2018 and was immediately followed on September 15, 2018 at 5:55am Central Time by a 3.7 Richter Earthquake about 40 miles Southwest of that Island. Also Super Typhoon Mangkhut had 200 mph winds when it made landfall at the Philippines on September 14, 2018 and still big winds at landfall near Hong Kong on September 16 and the two combined will be producing some tremendously major earthquake energy that will be striking different places throughout the term of this O.P. but Antofagasta, and Tocopilla do not fall under the jurisdiction of the Councils, nor does Banda Aceh.
So, it looks like some big time shaking will be a relatively sure thing around those different parts of California and the rest of the Country and Thank-You, Again for accepting my earthquake related submissions, Sirs!!!

As a result of such slow, slow walking speed movement it took days for Hurricane Florence to track all across the Carolina Region and today I'm writing to say I am expecting this same sort of long period of probably some rather big earthquakes to shake, and shake, and shake the opposite side of the North American Tectonic Plate or the Los Angeles and Southern California Region.
A special note regarding the segment of the San Andreas Fault, near San Bernardino, where a Major Earthquake has long been expected. This segment is today directly in line for this New Major Earthquake Energy to cross, however Hurricane Florence did turn just enough southerly in its course that the full brunt of this alert could strike anywhere between there and the Tijuana, and Northern Mexico Region. Also that mystery segment sort of faces a slightly different direction in such a way that this one WILL NOT exactly intersect with it like it would need to release all that energy they're waiting for. It actually looks more like Puente Hills, Whittier, maybe Hollywood for that region.
The region where Hurricane Florence made landfall at around North Carolina, and South Carolina itself is also a "Shaky Place" and might also expect earthquake activity, but probably not the menace we'll be awaiting for in California. Along with the Carolinas, Tennessee, and Southern Illinois/New Madrid Regions could shake, too, and the line will ultimately cross Texas, and Oklahoma where all of these should be far bigger than the mostly "Garden Variety" ones they can sometimes get, there.
The New Alerts for all of these regions will run beyond all the shaking they should be getting or fully until the last days of November 2018 and Day 76 after the date Hurricane Florence made landfall at Wilmington.
It will now be 25 years I've been tracking such big windstorm/earthquake combinations which started on the day of the Northridge Earthquake in 1994 when while checking I discovered the Great World Series-Loma Prieta Earthquake of October 17, 1989 had been preceded by landfall of Hurricane Hugo at Charleston!!! After that I went on to write alerts to friends in Hollywood when other big windstorms would strike, saying an earthquake could follow and that started immediately that summer when Hurricane John made a near landfall at Johnston Atoll and was then followed by a Northern California Earthquake near Cape Mendocino at around a 7. While I was working in Los Angeles in 1999 was when Hurricane Bret made landfall at around Brownsville, Texas and after alerting my neighbors out there and everybody, the now great Hector Mines Earthquake struck there and I was shook up in my Hollywood Apartment there and aftershocks, too!!! Upon landfall last year of Hurricane Harvey at Texas, a huge swarm then struck Idaho and continued on a considerable amount of time, there, and after landfall of Hurricane Maria at Puerto Rico in spite of a major prediction for San Francisco no Major Earthquakes ever showed up along my "Straight-Line" although Hurricane Irma made landfall at Barbuda on September 6, and Oaxaca, Mexico got an 8.2 Magnitude on September 7, 2017
Also note Hurricane Olivia made landfall at Maui, Hawaii on September 12, 2018 and was immediately followed on September 15, 2018 at 5:55am Central Time by a 3.7 Richter Earthquake about 40 miles Southwest of that Island. Also Super Typhoon Mangkhut had 200 mph winds when it made landfall at the Philippines on September 14, 2018 and still big winds at landfall near Hong Kong on September 16 and the two combined will be producing some tremendously major earthquake energy that will be striking different places throughout the term of this O.P. but Antofagasta, and Tocopilla do not fall under the jurisdiction of the Councils, nor does Banda Aceh.
So, it looks like some big time shaking will be a relatively sure thing around those different parts of California and the rest of the Country and Thank-You, Again for accepting my earthquake related submissions, Sirs!!!

OFFICIAL PREDICTION FOR A 6.5 MAGNITUDE EARTHQUAKE TO STRIKE NEAR CHICAGO, ST. LOUIS, INDIANA, OR NEW MADRID REGIONS ON OR ABOUT JUNE 24, 2018
At this point in time, as far as my own personal work at forecasting precision movement of tectonic plates is concerned, many is the time I’ve now accurately tracked potential earthquakes from the point they were generated, Point A, to where a Major Earthquake would then strike, or Point B.
One in particular that is worth mention today is when Hurricane Lili made landfall at a place called Intercoastal, Louisiana on October 3, 2002. I’m also using the basis of this event to accurately guestimate the amount of time and thus the date this one might strike. I say that because that landfall resulted in one of my early “EQ Alerts” for Italy, and Italy got a 5.9 on Day 28 or October 31, 2002, killing 26 school-children and one teacher when a school collapsed, there!
So the route across the North American Tectonic Plate, across the Atlantic, across Europe, and directly to Italy that event traveled is roughly parallel and very close to this imaginary line we’re watching and talking about today. It was even a great shock to me that day, knowing it could happen, and discovering that the potential earthquake energy not only faithfully followed across the Atlantic, but must have mysteriously crossed under the Atlantic Ocean and continued on to Italy, although today I track such events everywhere and Ocean Plates have not been a challenge since that event. Still, this event is today not only running a similar line to where I believe we are tracking today, but was also the first ever found to travel that route!
Today we are talking about the landfall of Severe Tropical Cyclone Mekunu at Yemen and Oman on May 25, 2018 and the fact that the first reading of where potential straight-line earthquake energy might be headed using a globe and straight-line tool came out at Chicago and continued on through St. Louis.
I always take several readings in a process similar to how we use precision tools to measure similar types of parts. My second reading came out as a line more near to New York and Washington DC, and third reading came out Chicago and more into Indiana. . . But Chicago again just the same along with one final reading just now calibrated with the clip showing that landfall and that reading. . . Chicago! Incidentally all those readings do also cross Canada, near Ottawa and Ontario, Mid-Atlantic Ridge where we should assume some shaking will occur, and the UK and any of those places could also get all of the 6.5 total we’re watching for today, now. . . And then some!
Then we have all areas between New York and Chicago along with areas around Charleston, and New Madrid and possibly as far west as Oklahoma, Yellowstone, or Montana again, too. The line inevitably continues to Guadalajara, Mexico where this will probably eventually all lead to a Major Earthquake of about 7.3, or 7.8 regardless of what extent all these other places shake! It’s also possible that the point where this “Potential Earthquake Energy” crosses Greece, Italy, Turkey, and other places in that region will get Major Earthquakes, and it will be possible ALL of the potential could be exhausted right there in one or a series of Great Earthquakes.
In the event of a Great Italy, Turkey, or Greece Earthquake in this window, we will pretty much need to keep watching all of the other places along this line as a precaution in case more could still happen. At this point in all my theories, there is not yet at this point a theory that says not to worry about an earthquake in this situation. Although that CAN happen in some parts of the world when all alerts have either run out or are only for more distant places. That won’t apply here and/or now or later with this alert, though.
Landfall of Severe Tropical Cyclone Mekunu had winds of 104 mph, with gusts up to 145 mph, made landfall at Yemen, and on May 25, 2018 our time. I’ll generally continue to track such an event with Day-30, Day-43, and Day-60 all being critical as far as a lot of them striking around Day 30, and Day 76 being what I consider about the final day when things have shook along a given line. Therefore Day 30, or June 24, 2018, is about the day! Then Day 43 will follow on July 7 and is also a big day, along with Day 60 on July 24, but in the near term Day 18, 20, or 23, or June 12, 14 and 17, for Turkey, Italy, and etc. might be when things will start to shake over in that region more near the point where Cyclone Mekunu originally made landfall.
This alert will as a result run until August 3, 2018, but any of these places could get earthquakes at any time before then and I had originally given 7.8 on the Richter Scale, a number I might use today as about the maximum I’d expect and hopefully for more than Chicago could ever get! Some regions are inclined towards smaller earthquakes even though the seismic energy might be the same and so the maximum for Ohio, New York, or Washington DC, might be only a 6, although it should be noted that earthquakes in that region, or all of todays regions for that matter, really have no limit and we are talking about places we may not think of as getting say a 7.3 Richters Earthquake. . . But the reality of it all is that they could!!! And todays alert is the result of what’s been called a “Rare Tropical Cyclone” and this could produce that “Rare Earthquake,” too!!!
So, right now any of these places could get about a 6.5, before August 3, 2018 although remember I’ve gone ahead and selected June 24 only as a guestimate on what the exact date of this upcoming potential Major Earthquake might be.
