With this next storm that now looks like it just might track across the entire Northern United States, along with lots, and lots of other snow that has fallen in just the last several hours as well as the last several days, and now deepening freeze across practically the whole country, you can count on the North American Tectonic Plate moving one way or another.
One big thing that we all need to now be watching for is the fact that if memory serves me correctly then somewhere out along our East Coast there should any moment now be a small major shaker, or perhaps medium sized earthquake is the word. About the first this happened on my watch was one very near Richmond, Virginia but others have happened and it basically just gets me wondering if this isn't the first ingrediant in the tectonic plate moving out towards the plate boundaries or the San Andreas Fault and in the case of early this year, Haiti. Is Haiti due for a major aftershock? Will the North American Tectonic Plate move in that direction? Are there any other major fault lines down in that neighborhood that are vulnerable? Where will all this new earthquake energy be released? Will our East Coast get that initial movement FIRST, and then followed by the next major earthquake that hits the world??? EQ Guy

New Official Prediction: California!!! 6.1 Richters Magnitude!!!
October 28, 2010
To: CEPEC/NEPEC
From: The EQ Alert Guy
Hello,
The Mid-West United States has been hit with what has been called a Chi-Clone referring to the fact that a great deal of the wind damage occurred in the area around Chicago and that it was very similar to a Tropical Cyclone having had windspeeds as high as the 60 to 70 mph range and possibly even higher. This amount of wind along with the massive amounts of damage being reported everywhere from Kokomo, to South Bend is now the reason I want to file todays OFFICIAL PREDICTION via letter with both the California Earthquake Prediction Evaluation Council, and the National Earthquake Prediction Evaluation Council.
This Official Prediction is for just a small amount of earthquake energy to strike California, or Seattle, Washington, or Oregon in the next several days. I will carefully place my estimate for the exact Magnitude at 6.1 Richters and expect a lot of aftershocks in an aftershock sequence that will be much the same as the continuous pounding of the wind that we took here in the Mid-West over the last two days. Some fairly high winds but not really high enough to cause another, “World Series,” sized earthquake, if you know what I mean. That being a reference to the fact that the great World Series/Loma Preita Earthquake was preceded 18 Days by the landfall of Hurricane Hugo at Charleston; and this weeks Chi-Clone, while doing a great deal of damage, has probably not done the same amount as that great hurricane of 1989.
There have also been several other major sources for this type of potential earthquake energy in the last several days including at least one other one that may apply to California and our West Coast. It should also be noted that both CEPEC and NEPEC were sent via E-Mail copies of a recent EQ Alert preceding this weeks Sumatra Earthquake which was for Sumatra. The other big windstorm I’m talking about got virtually no news coverage and I just luckily spotted it at www.hurricanezone.net as it was making landfall on October 22, 2010 at Myanmar. That landfall with 135 Knot winds should cause earthquake energy along the Tectonic Plate Boundary in the mountains of China by around Monday Night with a magnitude of 6.5 Richters. That amount can heavily damage towns in that region if a direct hit and looks to be headed directly for the Sichuan area where the Sichuan Earthquake struck in recent years also immediately following the landfall of another Major Tropical Cyclone at Myanmar, and with all due respect for the filling of the Three-Gorges Dam. Is that thing full, yet?
Anytime huge windstorms strike the United States it is not necessarily going to shake the Tectonic Plate Boundary between the North American Tectonic Plate and the Pacific Tectonic Plate, but because it is kind of a long-shot possibility I am sending this to the Councils today. In earthquake circles they like to rate their predictions by percentage of certainty and I will rate this as me being 40 percent certain that there is about a 2 Percent chance of getting the amount stated above or 6.1 Richters at Frisco/California. This amount of chance, of course, goes up with each state/city that you add and also goes up if you lower my predicted magnitude, or 60 percent certain there is a 10 percent chance of a 5.9 for California: or 70 Percent certain there is a 25 percent chance of a 5.7 our entire West Coast: or 80 Percent certain there is a 35 percent chance of a 5.5 for the Western United States somewhere: or 90 percent sure there’s about a 75 percent chance that a 5.0 Richters earthquake will strike North America before next Tuesday.
Thank-You, for accepting my submissions and at some time in the future I hope to make Precision Plate Tectonics such as the system I briefly explain herein very public so that we can alert the people whenever there is earthquake energy heading for them!!!
Respectfully Submitted,

New Alert!!! Jinchang, Hainan, Yongchang, Qirghai Lake, California, West Coast!!!
With everything else going on I happened to just notice a major Tropical Cyclone make landfall early today at Myanmar. Cyclone Giri with 135 Knot winds and 165 Knot gusts may not get much light with Typhoon Megi and Hurricane Richard also happening, but Cyclone Giri will probably do a lot of damage and cause earthquake energy when the Indio/Aust. Tectonic Plate meets that plate boundary at China. The towns along the line there are Jinchang, Hainan, Yongchang, Qirghai Lake Region, California and our West Coast. This looks like the same general area where the big Sichuan China earthquake struck a year or so ago. All be watching now for around 7 Richters and remember the OTHER present alert is for 8 Richters Lima/Sumatra and these two earthquake energies could just combine somewhere and really SHAKE!!! Be Prepared! EQ Guy

Official Prediction--Ciudad Altamirano, Guerrero, Mexico
On April 21, 1998 the city of Ciudad Altamirano, in the state of Guerrero, Mexico was hit by an earthquake of 5.4 Richters Magnitude that shook buildings in Mexico City. The city of Ciudad Altamirano has a population of 25,317 and is on the Rio Cutzamala River which is a branch of the Rio Balsas River, of course Rio means river in Spanish. The city of Ciudad Altamirano is named after Ignacio Manuel Altamirano, who was a 19th Century President of the Mexico Supreme Court. (Info courtesy of www.wikipedia.com ) The capital of the State of Guerrero, Mexico is Chilpancingo where there was also an earthquake on April 27, 2009 of 5.6 Richters Magnitude. Although I’m just naming that town because it is the capital of this state which is very near where the upcoming major earthquake should strike, note that the Capital city is not the location and I do not actually even know where the capital is on the map. I did however find the name of the city of Ciudad Altamirano and that there had been an earthquake there in the year 1998 and so I suppose that makes it reasonably possible that this could be the epicenter or very close to where this upcoming major earthquake could strike at any moment. I also named the two rivers, the one that runs through Ciudad Altamirano and the one that it is a branch of because very often such rivers seem to run very close if not parallel to fault lines.
The actual spot where the straight line that is the result of the recent Hurricane Karl that struck near Veracruz, Mexico runs very near this town, but actually just a little south of the actual town center. I will try to have another update and perhaps find another actual town like Ciudad Altamirano as soon as I can. As I write this it is now Day 4 after the landfall of that Category 3 Hurricane Karl, and a major earthquake is due in this region of Mexico or Central America at any moment now. I'll put my exact Magnitude at 7.1 Richters. Be prepared!!!!!

Small Alert Yellowstone, Idaho, Seattle/Vancouver! Also Oklahoma, Chicago, Moose Jaw! 5.8 or 5.9 Richers
Tropical Storm Hermine made landfall very late last night and I'm going to just call the spot Brownsville, Texas even though the actual landfall was probably a few miles south of Brownsville in Mexico. I recall the winds being reported at around 65 mph just prior to landfall so that will be about the windspeed we will consider this storm having been at, it also looks right now like it may still be at around 65 mph and clearly isn't over yet with tornado warnings surrounding it as Hermine continues up through Texas. A close look at the sort of NorthNorthWest direction Hermine was heading at landfall it appears this new smaller earthquake energy is heading towards Yellowstone, Idaho, and maybe Seattle/Vancouver or on to Alaska. This will be a small enough earthquake that we could stop tracking at Alaska, say 5.8 or 5.9 Richters and will probably not affect California but be aware of it, anyways. Note that it also turned and at present is still a Tropical Storm, but headed basically North! That earthquake energy could strike Oklahoma, Missouri, Memphis or Tennessee, Illinois, and maybe up around Chicago. We can stop tracking this one at Chicago unless you are like up in Moose Jaw and it really matters to you. All in all just this note for folks who enjoy knowing when every earthquake is coming and where!!! Probably not much damage and hopefully no injuries, but this will probably turn out to be a fairly accurate earthguake energy. Thank-You for reading!!! EQ Guy

Earthquakes, Earthquakes, Earthquakes!!!!!
Early today there was a small shaker FIVE MILES North of Downtown Los Angeles!!!!! I also received notice of a 7.1 Richters Magnitude earthquake in Ecuador! These both on the final day of my latest Official Prediction BUT, on Day 43 after the landfall of Hurricane Alex. Just as a precaution now let us watch just a few more hours to make certain that there will not be any major earthquakes to follow, especially since that was so close to Los Angeles, Hollywood, Malibu, Pasadena, and etc.!!!!! There was also a Tropical Storm that made landfall in the last couple days at South Korea that I have yet to gather all the info on and check with my globe/straightline tool. Seattle? Yellowstone? Illinois??? And one tornado that leveled a farmstead in North Dakota, but. . . . . Thank-You again for reading!!! EQ Guy
