So Far No East Coast Earthquakes In a Month!!

It’s presently going on well over a month since any of our usual shaky places, where small earthquakes have been known to shake on a regular basis, have shook.  Watching all this heavily populated East Coast Region especially since landfall of Hurricane Idalia at Florida on August 31, 2023, no earthquakes at all have shook anywhere around that East Coast Region.
A check shows a couple tiny ones listed as Canada on October 3, and October 5 at 1.3 and 1.6 where we are continuing to watch for much larger, and our own East Coast, while not seriously watching for a Canada Epicenter, rather the issue here is our own East Coast continues to not be shaking with the most recent a 2.2 Elgin, South Carolina on Friday.
Usual epicenters such as around Richmond, Virginia and several places around New Jersey and up into New York have yet to show up on the list of recent earthquakes and especially following landfall of Hurricane Idalia August 31, but at some point, maybe through, tectonic plate movement surely will probably at some point reach those heavily populated East Coast Regions soon, too!
